Looking for Bike computer recommendations.
I currently have a TopPeak,
but not too sure about it's accuracy.
It keeps flicking between 0mph and 20mph.
I may end up taking it back.
I think I have it adjusted properly.
I probably should have bought a Cateye,
but the "Waterproof" is what sold me on the TopPeak.
I found a $15 Schwinn one at Wal-Mart that I like. Clock, speedo, odo, trip odo, max speed, average speed, and trip time.
Looks like this, only the silver and red areas are switched.

I had a lot of trouble with wireless ones the local wallmart sells. Even with the reciever inches from the sensor it would still drop the signal a lot. I now have two of the Bell Spinfit, wired computers that work great. The calibration code in the book was wrong, but once I found the right one for my tire it is perfectly calibrated. Got those ones at kmart for $15.

Yeah, maybe it's becoz it is a wireless one.
I will take it back and try a cheper wired one.
Yeah, I've heard of people having problems with RF interference with the wireless ones. The wired ones are a bit more of a hassle, but they're more reliable.

I replaced the wireless bike speedo with a wired one.
It works fine.
Speed reading is about 19-20 Max on the bike.
