Something is wrong with my "lashout" electric bicycle... can you help?

hi all,

i have a lashout electric bike and today the motor stopped giving power to the wheel. i hear it spin though.

i raised the rear wheel off the ground and tried the accelerator and it spins the wheel but when i rest it back on the ground it stops spinning the chain

i then separated the motor from the main gear assembly and both items seem to be in good working order

does anyone know what the problem could be and how i would go about fixing it?

this is my main mode of transportation so i'm kinda stalled until get it fixed

thanks in advance to all that help

So when you put the wheel back on the ground is anything still moving? There is a small chain between the motor and the wheel. Is that moving?

I'm trying to get a sense of if there is something broken in the free wheel mechanism, or if the motor just doesn't have enough torque to push the bike.
