Electric GPR-S Electric Motorcycle in Bangkok Thailand
See electricmotorsport.com for more info.
Funny, the video calls it 'E Boxer' but their website says 'GPR-S'. And, by the way, the drive train is "14 kilowatt" .. a lot more than the "most powerful" 5000 watt's bike posted by that other guy.
Good heavens,
another screaming hiphop/rock-laden, photoshopped, filtered, avid-ed, edited, freeze-framed, dirty-cammed, grainy youtube vid with not even ONE full view of the motorcycle itself....boy do I hate these sh&*$#y clips!
The reason why people make videos like that because the machine itself ain't looking all that impressive.
Yikes
Give me an informative, non-hype video, electric motorsport!!
Did you go to the electricmotorsport site (linked above)?? It's got details and pictures.
The current picture looks different than the bike they demo'd a couple months ago at an event I attended. The event was shortly after Todd's trip to Thailand and presumably they built up a different bike in Thailand. BTW I noted on the specs page it now says the motor mount is a "standard" NEMA face allowing a variety of motors to be mounted in place .. e.g. a 6.7" rather than ETEK-R.
An interesting thing about the clip is .. about halfway through they show a bike tumbling, and I had heard that while in Thailand Todd had had an accident. I expect that's what that tumble is, is Todd's accident. Todd is the one shown all through riding the bike.
And the music style choice ... I know Todd, and that music style choice fits him to a tee. Yeah, it doesn't convey Information.. It's Advertising, not Information.
