Duffmans stealth 1000 project

I bought this schwinn stealth 1000 for $400 on ebay. I am upgrading it to 48 mabey 60 volt & from 10ah to 17ah (pics show old batts). I am using the yi-yun LB-37 controller. I made a custom seat-storage area for batts & others. As a car audio tech I work with fiberglass alot so thats what I made the seat out of. Its covered in truck bed liner & I may clean the truck bed liner off to do a good paint job. I may even just build another. I also added a 2 way car alarm to it. If someone tilts or rides the bike It let me will know & the power wont work.

Re: Duffmans stealth 1000 project

I got the batteries saterday. I think I made a mistake buying them though. All 4 of them had acid leaking out of them from shipping. Thats why I'm standing them up on the scooter. One was at 7 volts when I got it. It did take & hold a charge though. I wanted to lay 2 down in the stock location & put the other 2 in the compartment I made. Since that wont work I will mount them standing up. I will most likely make a custom cover. The stealth now goes much further. Its a little quicker to.
