It was me.
My dealer recently emailed me saying that Vectrix had been keen to provide these cables and software. Now they seem to have changed their minds and put this on hold. Shame, I was looking forward to having a play with that.
Anyway, 1,300 trouble free miles except for a rear puncture.
The repairer who I have been going to for 15 years with a variety of bikes wasn't impressed that there was no centre stand. This made it a little awkward to remove the rear wheel, but a small trolley jack and a big chunk of wood made it possible. They loved the bike otherwise.
The rear wheel, however, is a problem insofar that it does not fit onto a wheel balancing machine.
A custom Vectrix part would be needed to balance the wheel. This part would need to be perfectly balanced itself, and needs to attach perfectly centered to some or all of the six holes in the inner rim of the wheel. Not an easy feat to make that yourself!
There are also some photos showing how the wheel can be changed without a centre stand.

I'm just starting a new thread about that darned rear wheel and punctures :)
I posted something about the tyre changing in my V-blog at:

There is always a way if there is no other way!
