I can't seem to do anything right. Just when I get ready to go, my battery is draining much faster than it should be. I inspected it and found some damage. It appears that it was bouncing on top of a raised surface in my basket. It appears the end of one of the cells is crushed.
I can't feel any heat coming from it but now it is draining itself faster than it should. I was only able to ride it for a few km before it cut out.
Is there anywhere that sells standalone cells so I could replace the bad cell? It's a 70mm long 1100mAh cell.
