My mom's newly bought Zappy 3 Electric Scooter's battery charger is dead. The LED light is not on and their is no voltage. I can't find a way to open it.The ebay seller didn't send a manual. I am trying to a find a way to open it, or replace it or take to a store( in New Jersey) for repairs? Please advise what should I do with my Mom's first electric scooter's dead charger? I am sure the members on this forum will have an answer.Thanks.

First question is what happened at the time the charger became dead.
Second point.. http://zapworld.com is the maker. IIRC they sell parts online or should be able to advise you further.
Third ... http://electricscooterparts.com carries an equivalent charger. You do have to know the correct voltage. It may take a little bit of surgery if the connector is different from the zappy connector.
