ive noticed that on about half of sellers advertise the weight of the bike is 150lbs and the other half advertise 194lbs.what is the deal on this? that is quite a jump in weight.

That is because X-Treme themselves don't even know what the specs are on the items they sell - the information they get comes straight from the Chinese manufacturer. Weight, wheel size, speed, time-between-charges... all unreliable information.
If a dealer receives conflicting spec information from an actual customer, they may change the information presented on their dealer's site - because no one will ever get the correct information from X-Treme. Again, the only people who ever see the scooter before it gets to the customer are the people in China who pack it up, and maybe the delivery driver when he notices broken parts falling out of the box when he picks it up from X-Treme's warehouse. It's literally a box of surprises.
