LOL first of I dunno how many blew up LOL

well as of right now I had a first, one of the li-fePO4 near or at 0V blew up, I precharge them to 3.2-3.3V at a 100mA constant current then I put them in my charging circuit (max current 500mA usually goes down to almost 0 when the charge is done. I dunno but maybe this cell was already internally damaged beyond repair. well one out of almost 500 charged that blew up, but now I'm getting into the 0V territory all the way. So I'll see what happens in the long run cause I hope not to blow up many cells LOL. little smoke but no flame vent yes LI-FEPO4's are definely safer.
I might have to limit the charging current to 250mA max with the 0V cells at least for a few use cycles, I'll be doing some experiments, and replacing my 1ohm resistor in the charging circuit with a 2ohm is not that big of a deal.
Anyways that's about it
for today I think I should make this sort of a blog page

nah little black gunk however the top is still on so it must be the seal that popped, the whloe top part of the cardboard is a bit drenched i.e. discolored looks like it's wet but by now it's probably just a stain.
