Has anyone tried repainting the battery box to have it blend in better to the color of the bicycle? Any issues you would expect to have doing that?

I painted it black. I didn't want the big "BIONX" letters standing out and I wanted the battery to blend better with the bike. There's a partial picture here. I used spray paint for plastics. The paint chips off if you nick it against something, but in the 6 months since I painted it, I hardly ever bump it into anything, so the paint still looks good. Just make sure you clean the case before painting. I didn't do much cleaning before doing mine.
Since I asked the question, I should go ahead and follow up with my results. I couldn't find anyone who could/would paint match, so I went ahead and used Krylon spray paint to come close...
