I thought it would be intresting to post these pics (taken by metropallar.com) in the presentation of the Vx-2 scooter in Barcelona , Spain. This was las month and after that there was another event on the racing circuit of Catalunya, as far as it goes, the Spanish importer of Vectrix says its doing fine and keeps on selling Vx1 and now starts with Vx2. But they do say that Vectrix is in some sort of Merger/Sale or whatever.
Anyway, its intresting to see the Battery composition in the close up pic taken.

The close up pic is the charger, and talks about silicon Batteries.
It's a cheeky looking little thing. I like the styling. You can certainly see the family resemblance and it doesn't look like it's been made up from the V1 parts bin too much at all.

Seems like there is no on-board charger.
"Do not expose to rain" rules out reliable opportunity charging.

VX-2 is a rebadged Chinese electric scooter E-Max, nothing more:

I did a test drive with the vx-2 during this show and it felt like a plastic scrap (with silicon batteries, incapable of exceeding 45 km/h). It was a mere emax retooled, still an early "prototype". In my opinion it does not deserve any atention. Vectrix needs a real and afordable maxiscooter with lithium, like the Teycars Cantabrico. And of course, a lithium battery upgrade for the VX-1 with 10kwh.
That would have been wonderful! Unfortunately, the Vectrix management went the other direction.
