Hi everybody !
For my first experience I bought a "Razor MX650", removed motor/battery, cut frame and put a cyclone 1000W kit and a 48V 20Ah LiFePo4 battery (from ping)
I was worried about result of this but ... that's was working !!! about 31 mph (50km/h)
But it was just a playing machine for kid, not a motorcycle class: comfort and security was very poor.
So I decided to leave the razor and bought a 2004 kawasaki KX65, remove motor and do the same thing.
Here that was working about the same speed ... except they was no more torque and "BMS" cut when I was asking for too much power !
Since I don't need speed I had to increase ratio but I was to maximum possibility except if I ask for a big special sproke that would be quite ugly
Because the size, it seem to me impossible to put an Etek motor or something like this so I decide to order a kelly 1500W/48V hub.
Not received yet but someone ask me for buying my bike (I keep everything to be abble to restore as original)
I was wondering about selling or not but, finaly, I found this dirt bike was not very interesting for electric conversion because torque is too low to be fun. Above all I need light for night use.
So I decided to buy a "super pocket bike", the biggest one: ZM2 (same as X22) . Low cost, pretty look...
I searched to find brushless conversion of this but doesn't found. Nevermind ! I will try

Update
See on youtube:

Also: I would be interested by doing this on a bigger bike.
Did big electric hub (17'') exist ?
Thanks
EDIT: Added direct player:
Current offerings are in 10", 12" and 13" scooter rim sizes.
But keep an eye on these developments.

Thanks for your answer
I saw there will be an 17 or 18'' hub in the future.
So ... I decided changing my motorcycle !
Using 12'' hub give a small choice but I found yamaha YSR50
I asked for electric conversion inspection (for road use) and it seem it would be OK so, now, I converted an old YSR 50, "scooter" class.
I had to be inspected july 27 but, actually, I haven't received flasher LED lights and relay so I think I will do this some days after.
Using this bike is very pleasant and powerfull except my ping LiFePo4 will die quickly I suppose ( 2000W=50km/h instead of 1000W as advice) so I'm going to buy 40Ah Thundersky batteries.
Thanks for reading.
Well done! You do good work. If you need a higher ratio between the motor and wheel, you might want to consider using a jack shaft with a set of additional sprockets on it.
If your only tool is a hammer
everything looks like a nail.
