In case anyone was wondering, while I was on the phone to the AA regarding another matter, I asked them if we are still covered by the 2 years free AA cover that came with the bikes, apparently the AA cover with the bikes still stands, irrespective of what is happening with the company.

Hi Undead, sorry to burst the bubble, but if Vectrix do cease trading then your AA membership would no longer be valid, however you can contact the AA and they will set you up with your on breakdown cover at a good price.

In that case, I will aim to get it from the AA in writing, and will post on the forum when I have.
The AA will have to honour anything that their press office / head office issue in that respect.
Personally I am inclined to believe what the AA say, as they are tthe ones providing the breakdown cover.
Entirely up to you, but I do know that this information is 100% accurate.
