Etek sprocket for 415 chain?

I am looking for a sprocket (11t preferred), for my brushless Etek motor (7/8", 3/16" key). So far I haven't found anything in the 415 size that will work on the motor.
Can I swap out the 415 chain for a 41 chain, and just get a 41 chain sprockets for my motor? Will i notice any wear issues on the rear (sized for 415 chain)sprocket?

Considering the power of the ETEK motor, you wouuld be much better of using #520 chain, and larger sprockets, at least 15 teeth on the motor. What you proposed is not likely to last very long! The ETEK has very high torque capacity-it is NOT a "Bicycle Level" motor.--Bob

Here is my ETEK and me having fun. You really want to run a sturdy chain for this motor!!!
That is ALL tire smoke.

I do have some extra 530 ETEK correct gears if you want some. Some 420 too.

Nice burnout! What battery, what voltage, sprocket ratio, what controller etc did you use, and what is riding performance like? What speed, how much range at say, 45 mph, will it climb hills OK with 200 pound rider?--Bob
