Here's what the Chinese factory terms look like...

From an eBay listing http://cgi.ebay.com/electric-bike-bicycle-motorcycle-1500W-60V-20AH-EM90_W0QQitemZ140356159551QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomai...

1:Mini order: 1*20ft. total 24pcs,we can free supply 2% broken spare parts.( or half-face helmet and raincoat).

All you need to do is buy a container load of 24 scoots and you get, FREE!, "2% broken spare parts." Such a deal.

I was going to buy from her on eBay and checked her out and she mostly sells wedding gown and ladies apparel. Major communications problem and I did not understand free gift and I wanted pictures for my insurance agent and more specifications. The only option I could understand was I could get disk brakes for front but still drum in the rear. It would of been a nice looking scoot to put luggage rack on and saddle bags but I found get scooters selling XM-3100's at give away prices so I went with them knowing something might be wrong with QC. I tried to stop slide show to look at detail the yellow 1500 watt scooter Jeanne sells but it goes too fast to see everything for any length of time. If you buy from her and get delivery let us know on VisforVoltage about shipping to you and quality of scooter. I sure didn't mind free shipping from Alpha Products. It was a 3 or 4 mile trip to UPS freight from my house.
Broken parts? what is that? I could see maybe a helmet but it would be way too small for a USA person.

Hee hee, I assume this means a 2% supply of spare parts to REPLACE broken parts. I sure wouldn't put my money on a container full of these scoots given this presentation!
