Re: Sinclair C5

c5alive is a good ,active owners club.

If you're local why not come along to one of our events ?

Sunday 10th January is our "C5-25" event , celebrating the launch of the C5 which originally took place 25years ago on 10th January 1985 at Alexandra Palace.

Our event is being hosted by Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, Surrey . If anyone wants to come along, full details are here;
http://www.c5alive.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=807.0

c5alive has recently made it into the Brooklands Archive for creating the first electric vehicle to complete the Brooklands Test Hill challenge, some more info is here;

Contrary to popular belief, the Sinclair c5 is far from dead and buried and is very much alive !

Re: Sinclair C5

Hi Kev,

Keep an eye on the c5alive meetings and events section mate, you never know where we'll pop up next !

If you ever get the chance it would be great to see you come along on your Vectrix. We've had someone turn up with a Segway ,which was a lot of fun, plus a home made electric bike . It's nice to show you can have a proper laugh with various types of EV and help get rid of the "pipe and slippers" image.

Our c5alive "pimping" section always creates a smile !
