Oh.. come to think of it.. I haven't either. I must have changed something.
As for activity dropoff.. it is winter time (in the northern hemisphere) and most of us are riding two-wheelers and every winter activity drops off. By the numbers (visits per day reported by Google Analytics) the peak was 2300+ visits in early September, the low was shortly after Thanksgiving (1300 visits/day) and traffic has been climbing since then (1700 visits/day is now typical). That looks like a holiday lull to me.
Well..... Mr Webmaster. I do thinks you need a break once inna great while too. And when and if you are on break, I sure hope if breaking new comes to light on Vectrix or any other great bike it makes it to VisforVoltage relatively fast. I am trying to get up enough guts to ride mine in this frigid weather. I bought a military face mask but my fingers are still frozen. I want to cycle my batteries since I found out it still needs a charge in 3 weeks, so I ride it every month cold or not.

How are you these days?
How is the V going? in particular your Lithiums
have you noticed any reduction in Range,
have you sorted out the instrumentation calibration yet?
what is your best range at what speeds.
What have you improved lately in the upgrade.
I was an early buyer of the V and coped a lot of failures, but this time I am waiting until
the pioneers like yourself nut out the querks before I upgrade to LiPo's

I've been really busy,
My own bike is down due to a suspect motorcontroller - I was riding along and top speed and power was falling by lots.
My cycle analyst wasn't reporting anything funny, voltage was really good, but amps drawn were really low.
I haven't had a chance to pull it apart - too many paying jobs.
Im on holiday in Brunei atm, when I get back I have another 40Ah conversion to do,
A couple of e-bikes and then a 70Ah conversion to do.
The 70Ah conversion will need to be video taped to become version 2 of the kit, allowing much bigger batteries.
with the 40Ah conversion, the only bug is if you do multiple small charges in a day you end up with disappearing bars at the top (the battery is full before the fuel guage is full).
With 50Ah cells, I need to make a video showing how to install a replacement charger....
anyway, there are presently 4 completed Lithium conversions in owners hands (not including my own) with another 3 that need assembly and 3 others where parts are on the way.
Hopefully once happy owners have lotsa miles on their converted Vectrix's they can report their experiences (one has done so already).
Cheers,
Matt
