Rear tire picked up nail. Gio 500

here's a video clip I found on youtube that shows rear tire servicing on an e-bike. The most useful part is the support idea for the wheel- a cut down 5 gallon bucket, with a slot to handle the wiring. Hope this is useful....

Thanks, the video was really helpful. I got the wheel off the bike but it is still attached via the power cable.
But it does not explain how you undo the power cable.
I need to completely remove the wheel and take it to a shop.
So far I am afraid to remove the cable because I am not sure how to do it.
There is a nut that is part thread part flat, it looks like I can undo it, but can I, safely?

As to removing the cable, look for the connectors between the controller and the wheel. There should be five Hall effect wires and three (perhaps heavier) power wires.

Make sure your shop knows about electric wheel motors, and will avoid putting pressure on the wires as they exit the axle while replacing the tire.
