Ajutor help please

I have just aquired a Ajutor e-scooter which has a 36v 200w brushless motor, it would appear somebody has butchered the controller wiring, the scooter has no motive power though everything else works, lights etc, I have 36v at the power leads on the controller.I need to source a wiring diagram or any idea,s on how to test?

Re: Ajutor help please

It is very possible that your battery voltage is too low to operate the motor! How many batteries, and what kind, are they? If you have 3 lead-acid type 12 volt batteries, fully charged voltage should be over 40 volts, not 36. There are also versions of this vehicle that are 48 volts, with 4 batteries, measuring about 55 volts when fully charged. (Most 12 volt batteries are over 13 volts each, if just recently fully charged)-Bob

Re: Ajutor help please

I have 3x 12 lead acid batteries, the multimeter is showing about 38 volts and the scooter gauge is showing nearly full charge, does anyone know of a replacement controller suitable for this bike, any help greatly appreciated.
