Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the difference between an ebike brushless controller and a RC brushless controller (except the price, both have almost the same specs):

I'm building a DIY electric bicycle and my main target is to get the smallest size with a wireless control (with arduino). I found brushless controller from R/C store with specifications that seems ok for common bicycle motor hub. I really appreciate to know if I can safely use a RC controller with my HUB motor.

Check on Endless Sphere, they have much experience with that sort of thing.
RC motors and EV throttles/controllers do not spontaneously "talk" to each other, but if I remember correctly Fechter on ES has developed some gizmo that translates between the two.

There is always a way if there is no other way!
