XB-600 72V Controller Question

Thank you all for all your help with my XB-600!
I'm now looking to upgrade to the 72v controller and was wondering which one I should purchase.
Any suggestions?

Are you planning to go 600 Watts. Get another brand? Both? I went with 3500 and 5000 controllers but speed and current is limited to 19 MPH. I went that route so I can bump it up in order to get up some wicked steep hills. Any one who rides my scoot can go 19 MPH but when I get on it I turn off headlights and turn on high speed circuit for power. Also I keep a fuse under seat so if cops or law enforcement rides it and figures it out it will pop. I also used a 150 Amp 50 mV shunt in to a 60 Amp meter to give relative amp reading. Keeping speed and current down limits power and makes controller run cooler. I also have a circuit breaker of 90 amperes in case not hooked up to wire in an emergency. I this state and a lot of other states 750 Watt and less can be driven without a license.

I'm looking to replace the current controller (48V with the 60V shunt mod)with a 72V, i.e. 6 12V batteries.
I've been pulled over twice now (as the local law has little to no idea about "electric bicycles"). When I was sold the XB-600, the info on being an electric bike was given to me also. I've become well versed in the bike's classification.
It sounds like you've done a lot of modifications. I would enjoy seeing any schematics for your mods that you may have available.

Being well versed in classification of bikes is good. I have been pulled over a few times or more. Some where on this post is New Jersey girl and she's been pulled over a lot too. I try to engage any who pulls me over in light hearted conversation. Asking them how many watts = one horse power. Some thing I notice in life most people used to go to Radio Shack and buy a meter and found out there is 20,000 ohms per volt. So it was easy to baffle some one in electronics. Then give the a copy of where does electricity go after is leaves the toaster,on my web site.
It sure helps having a toy dealer here in our town "eXtreme Toyz" along with a lot of Lark Mobility and such here and you can't stop every mobility scooter. Even if there is snow on the ground I still ride my XM-3000 with ALL decals removed so you don't know it is 600 or 5000? As for wiring them most still used yellow, green and blue wires to motor. It might take me a week to try different scenarios of wiring controller to motor. Just keep all documentation of your bike and maybe keep pedals on it? With shunts it is easy to fake out an amp meter. Having a 150 Amp shunt 50mV to a 50mV 60 amp meter and it looks likes you are doing 10 or 20 amps? BTW "eXtreme Toyz" is not affiliated with eXtreme Scooters so people think it is.

Where may I purchase the 72 volt controller to replace the origional 48 volt controller for my XB-600?
Any other information is welcome, but not desired.
