You are misleading people.
Could you please tell me what is inner resistance mainly used for?
If 0.3MΩ it means, when a 40AH battery discharge with 10C, it would only have voltage drop about 40*10*0.3*0.001= 0.12V
So, when your 40AH battery discharge with 400A countinous currnt, open-circuit voltage is 3.3V, when battery got to load voltage would dorp from 3.3V to would dorp from 3.3V to 3.18V,
Could you please give us such a discharge curve?
And, since you using a inner-resistance measure machine, you should know that such machine is not accurate very well, and if you take AC calculate or DC calcultae method, you would got total differnct results.
Maybe your battery is well but you can not use this way to push it, we do not suggest misleading people.
Anyway, best LFP lithium battery in China is definitely not your company. As I know BYD battery is really good, and price, 1 pcs of 18650 LFP cell would cost 6 USD, a pcs of 18650 may only have less than 2 AH.

I am not engineer,I don't know how to calculate the voltage and impedance, and I don't know if our machine is accurate or not, but on my photos shttp://visforvoltage.org/forum/10381-cell-impedance-thundersky-and-chl-lithium-battery#comment-57404 ,It is very clear that TS,Sky energy are test at the same machine and same room and almost same temperature ,the result is just want to compare between different cells.
Ok,pls get one piece battery from BYD and show us its impedance here,let's check.... My boss ever been to BYD plant 3 times,nothing special....only mystery.
By the way,I think Hipower is pioneer in field of LFP battery,could you show everyone here one cell of yr 40AH battery impedance ? Let's show fact instead of wrangles.
If your big company don't even have a "no accurate" machine,I would like to do the job for you. Pls send to my company and I will test and post the result here.

By the way,CHL battery is really very very low voltage dropped when full throttle...... around max 150A output from our controller of testing E-scooter.
If you don't believe,you may come to have a test here. We don't have such big current curve.

Yes,I have lucky to Visit HIPOWER last week,here is their impendance of 50AH and 40AH LFP battery,it is better than TS,but worse than CHL.
The biggest problem of Hipower batteries are that there are too much difference between cells,I think it is because of hand-folding films instead of automatically machine.
It is very strange that Hipower's 50AH is 0.598mΩ more impedance than 40AH 0.455mΩ ,normally bigger capacity should be less impedance.

I got my 8000w scooter in Australia a month ago and at full throttle I pull up to 120Amps and the voltage only drops from 79.8v to maybe 76v. Not much at all. When I had Thundersky cells under 95A they would drops from 79.8v to 64v and trip the low voltage switch.
1370km with CHL cells so far and not a single problem.

This morning I rode into work on my 8000w scooter in VERY COLD weather and pulling 120 amps from my 50Ah CHL cells, my voltage dropped from 79v to around 75.8v...that's it!! I have just passed 2500km with these batteries and they are still gaining capacity! My scooter still does not have a BMS and everything is going great.
