need some advice about a vespa

Greetings,

I am interested in turning my 1963 Vespa shell into an electric vehicle.

I know nothing about the process or wiring from scratch etc. I am looking to get this heavy scooter up to 45mph and a ronge of 10 or more miles. I am looking for a kit or something a little easier that from scratch. I don't want to spend $5000 like the kit that soundspeed is selling, but something along those lines...Maybe 2000.00 more or less and I will do the work...with some help. Does anybody have any ideas about this??? any suggestions would be very appreciated.
