EVT 168 and EVT 4000 For Sale Santa Rosa, CA

You'll want BOTH of these to make one perfect scooter... (And sell the other to your brother-in-law!)
The 168 runs well, with 60-volt "Turbo" modification, good for about 38 MPH but is cosmetically-challenged. Some broken plastic and some rust. Dark Green and White
The 4000 is beautiful, Silver, but the motor is dying. Makes clunking sounds and goes chug-chug-chug. Probably worn brushes or dirty commutator.
Batteries on both are probably 60 percent used-up. I believe both have 1500-watt motors. Registered and plated as mopeds in CA.
