slow running clock

I agree that this is not very important but still...
My clock on the dashboard is a bit slow.
Every two weeks I need to forward it a few minutes to keep up with time.
Has anybody else experienced the same? Can it be fixed in better firmware?
(I never take the Vectrix beyond the speed of light so that can't be the issue :-))
Thanks

Re: slow running clock

Same here, clock always slow.

It seems unaffected by the software version.

Re: slow running clock

I thought I was the only one. Mine's been running slow since new.

It's annoying, 'cos I have to set it every few weeks. I like my clock accurate.

Ditto here. Took me being late for a few meetings to figure out the cause.

Re: slow running clock

Same thing for my Vectrix. So it is not related to the position on earth or magnetic influence of the north pole.

Re: slow running clock

Well, it seems that all Vectrix' clocks are running slow.
Are you listening Vectrix corporation?
Fix it!

Re: slow running clock

Yes quite right – and with occasional long gaps between uses, I find the clock can lose significantly.
But then I didn't buy the Vectrix just to tell the time.....!

Re: slow running clock

My clock runs a bit slow as well, my theory is that all my power is going to the motor! Hell yeah! Hence the clock is bound to run slow... ;-) It's a slight disappointment it doesn't keep great time but I'm not that bothered by it.

Best wishes,

Drew
