Does anyone remember the Enviromental School project that had a small friction rear motor, and the fellow wanted to continue riding it to school after it was completed?
I'm try to find the post.

Yes, in back Year 1970. Craig were age 8, build bicycle with 20 inches wheel
very First time on E bike with 6 Volts motor From Kids Electric Toy Ride Car
and 6 Volt motorcycle Flood acid battery then my dad help to welding mount
Motor to frame and put friction drive to rear wheel of bicycle then make sure
every thing setting the bike and then pedding to get fast then turn on motor
to power in and ride up to 8 mph for about 4 miles per charge from two-6 volts
& 8 amps motorcycle Flood acid battery mount on side of Craig's Elec-Bicycle ..

That my remeber that i have build long time for school contest on Science fair day
I got 2 place for build off the engineer design to build off the Electric Bicycle 1970
