Headlamp Adjustment

Hi,

Can someone confirm for me that the two 'things' marked 'A' and 'B' in the attached picture are the headlamp adjusters - A for up and down (CW to raise the beam and CCW to lower it) and B for side to side (CW to move the beam to the right and CCW to move it left)?

If so, how the heck are you supposed to get at them? Do you have to take off the fairing? Only, if you do, the manual says to remove the fairing you have to remove the headlight unit first!

Regards, Martin Winlow.

Re: Headlamp Adjustment

When I adjusted mine I took out the headlamp assembly, adjusted a bit. Put it back in and tried it. Repeated this until it was correct...
Tedious but doable.

Re: Headlamp Adjustment

Took the nearside fairing off and adjusted it more or less in situ (you have to loosen the headlamp fasteners to get the fairing off) in the end. I'll do a write up in due course.
