This is to warn fellow EVers to not purchase Winston cells from Balqon. I paid for my battery order on 8-24-2012 and now over 3 months later have not received the cells. They also do not return my calls or reply to my emails.
Just a heads up for anyone considering a major battery purchase.

I think the Winston cells are fine, the warning was for the retailer Balqon.
