repairing lithium battery pack

I have a lithium battery pack for my bicycle that I suspect has a discharged cell preventing the pack from being fully recharged. Does anyone know of a company that will diagnose and repair a lithium battery pack? The local Batteries Plus won't work on any lithium packs. No one else seems to want to touch it.

You might also post your question at: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=14&sid=5052bc55d6b37401036a306aa2c2571f

It might be helpful to mention more about your battery pack: make, voltage, capacity, lithium type, etc.

Too bad you aren't in Denver, as I'd help you out.

For local repair services, check some of these ideas: RC modelers groups, EV converter shops, and e-bike shops.

The folks over on endless sphere are the type that like to build their own packs so somebody should be able to help you. They also have a section for "items wanted" where you might ask for someone to rebuild your pack.

Cheers

I'm having the same experience. I called around here in Chicago and no one knows of a place that works on Lithion batteries.

Any luck?

Go out on to www.endless-sphere.com, go into the battery tech forum, then mention you need help from someone in the Chicago area on your battery pack. Make sure to specific type of batteries, voltage, and AH capacity.

Good luck
