Re: My charger does not work, I need a second hand one
it's strange that all these chargers tend to fail , when you upgrade to a bigger battery. My assumptions are that the original chargers esd or runke fail or overheat when you charge with them more than 6kwh or so.So maybe if you put 23 kwh worth of batteries inside , the original charger will be destroy sooner or later in this task.
Re: My charger does not work, I need a second hand one
I'm charging at 700 watts. If I'm opportunity charging I might raise it to 1kw or 1.2kw, but unless the situation were dire I'd avoid charging at anything near the maximum rate.
Re: My charger does not work, I need a second hand one
HI LEFTIE, how do you control how many amps or watts you charge with?
With ESD charger - Bc firmware of Hans 1.2, and icm fron Fran (or magic box). You manually program values inside ICM (or Prensel's magic box) with brake levers and twist grip, then these values are send to the charger. The charger firmware reads those values, and uses them to carry on with the charge.
With runke - any vectrix`s Firmware with MC 20xx generation have a menu to change CP power (basically, all lithium)

Sorry for the late response, and thanks, R. To add to the above, the two buttons (or one of them, at least) on the lower right side of the dash are also involved.
...I just tried to locate the email from Kocho in which he explains the exact sequence of inputs needed to change charger wattage, but I can't find it. I'm having memory issues, and haven't changed it recently enough to remember myself, at the moment.
I have a new esd charger
How much do you want?
And about shipping to Spain, do you know how much is?
It is a new esd silver charger, that was left over inventory at a dealership. I will take 300$ plus shipping.
Sorry it is expensive. Thanks.

If you have money to pay 23kwh, sure you also have money to pay for a good charger...

Maybe this picture:
Thanks for that! I think I'll print it, and have a copy on the bike.
