Flaky VX1 Tail Light

My tail & brake light is VERY dim.
What do I need to take off to remove the LED tail light?

Thanks in advance to responders!

Re: Flaky VX1 Tail Light

Hi, if you still require this info, here's what the Service Manual states for VX-1 rear lamp housing removal.

Rear Lamp Housing Assembly Replacement

S-XC-S00173
THIS IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT. PLEASE FOLLOW RMA PROCEDURES AND REFER TO THE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN.
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement in Seats.
2. Remove the rear cheek panel right. Refer to Rear Cheek Panel Right Replacement in Body Rear End.
3. Remove the rear cheek panel left. Refer to Rear Cheek Panel Left Replacement in Body Rear End.
4. Lift the lamp housing assembly off the scooter.
Notice: Do not drop or hang assembly from the rear wiring harness.
5. Unplug the wiring harness connectors from the tail lamp, both turn signals, and license plate lamp (1).
