Wipe New?

Has anyone done anything with their black plastic to make it look better? The headlight looks pristine compared to my Sprinter, but the black plastic looks light grey while the Sprinter's mirrors still look new.

I bought a box of Wipe New years before Rust-oleum bought them and used it on my wife's old car that she immediately donated to a friend in need. No idea what it looks like today but it looked amazing after using Wipe New. Since the wipes were so old I purchased a kit from AliExpress to bring back the look, but I wanted to check here before using it.
