Anyone know where to get cycle hub with a left hand thread on the left hand side and a right hand thread on the right hand side.

Anyone know where to get cycle hub with a left hand thread on the left hand side and a right hand thread on the right hand side.

Bicycle hub with a english 1 3/8"left hand thread on the left hand side and a right hand thread on the right hand side required for use on a Currie adapter drive.Scott at EV Deals used to sell them but cant locate them any more.
