Is my BMS ok?

Hi all, this is my first post, so sorry if I look very rookie.

I have a electric scooter from china, 5Kw motor, kelly controller and Thundersky Batteries, this is all I know. And I have several questions. One of them is how can I know the bms system is right working?.
