Barcelona Gets Electric Motor Scooter Charging System

Thank you for letting us know this looks extensive.

I visited Barcelona last fall in late October (after the TTXGP race at Albacete I did a bit of traveling) and was real impressed. The trip was too short to see much, but there's a lot of support for two-wheelers both bicycles and scooters. For example, a system of dedicated bicycle lanes all through town and frequent useful bicycle and scooter parking stations.

The map in the treehugger article looks like the charging stations would be associated with the Bicing spots, but the article doesn't say so. That's a shared bicycle system with stations scattered all through the city.

I remember seeing bars like this at a couple scooter parking strips hence its ingenious to add charging spots to existing scooter parking.

The scooters in the picture look like Govecs? I met the dealer located near Barcelona (Suzuka Zero), and they carry Zero, Vectrix and Govecs.
