SAE Formula Hybrid Competition

Hi all,
Just wanted to spread the word about a university competition involving Hybrid open-wheel racecars.

This was the 5th year that over 30 universities gathered in Loudon, NH to compete with all student designed and built cars.

The competition is sponsored by Dartmouth University and their website is here http://www.formula-hybrid.org/.
The society of Automotive Engineers and IEEE are also involved in the competition. Many student engineers start their passion of hybrid and electric vehicle racing here. There is a ton of media on the site.

My team, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, will also be competing in the refuel challenge at Laguna Seca in July.

Hope to see come fellow enthusiasts at the challenge and some more EV's on the road soon

- thanks
