36V 12Ah Lithium Battery LiFePO4 Aluminum Case Suitable for 36V 200W-500W ebike conversion kits. and 36V 500W BICYCLE ELECTRIC EBIKE ENGINE MOTOR HUB KIT.
my battery cuts its power when i press the botton to run the bike . what could it be?

Battery recommendation:
1. Electrokinetic cell battery ( Li, lead-acid, NiMH battery etc.) featured in nominal voltage 36v, nominal capacity≥20Ah is compatible with the motor.
did i buy the wrong battery?
