Manusa Bravo -Three Phase Induction motor driver of shop sliding door.

Hi all!
I am a new member of this forum, I'm from Portugal-Beja.
I need the service manual or other info about this model of sliding door controller.
It suffered an over-voltage of 380V~. Normal voltage is 220V~.
The controller uses 6 IGBT transistors and a controller IR2130. I already changed the obvious burned components, but it still doesn't work.
Any info would be gratefull.
