rolling doorstop '06 vectrix for sale Boston

I have not been able to get Vectrix to look at my scooter and wife says it has to go.
Bought used on ebay with dead batteries and got it going by using a quick charger from Vectix.
Road it for a year and last year it went dead: batteries dropped while driving, charge would only bring it up to 2 mile range eventhough indicator said it was charged.
It was left over the winter without charging and now wont charge and will not come to life/charge with the jump charger from vetrix.
Always garage stored and is otherwise in perfect shape.
