2004 HAWK SEVEN STAR

I need the rear brake (the only break) for this bike/scooter, anyone know of a parts dealer in or near
WINDSOR, Ontario. Canada?
Their a good idea (electric bikes etc) but if you can't get the parts for them, then they become a throw away item (like a Bik liter)
