I get occasional requests for Manuals and wiring diagrams for the old GGC E-max. These are probably applicable to similar 2000 watt e-scooters under other brand labels too. I have put them up on a file sharing site here:

Hello i'm interested in the manuals and diagrams for the e-max 90s i just bought an 2011 version and this one has some troubles and a manual would help me a lot... already googled but could not find any.

This is a very belated reply, but these manuals are for the old ca. 2005-2006 GGC Chinese (but for a while they tried to brand as German) E-max sport a totally different scooter than what you are looking for.
