seeking guidance on sourcing and installation of "Scooter Diag" software

Could someone who has installed the "Scooter Diag" software comment on where to place the various files contained in the "vectrix software" directory?

Do I just place it in the C:/ drive?

do I place any of the files elsewhere?

Should there have been an Installer in the package to do all of this properly?

And, where to download the proper package to install?

I get "Scooter Diag" to run but no data shows; I can view data stream with "CAN View" software just fine.
