There was a confusing bit of news the last few days about A123 Systems.
An SEC filing from "B456 Systems" said they'd changed their name from A123 Systems

A bunch of news articles were written with shock, surprise, etc .. expecting this to be an April Fools joke or something ... and eventually the corporate blog explained that it was the "old A123" that had changed its name
