It seems that the origin of RUNKE charger is in China. Its creator seems to be the technical director of China EVPS Corp.

I'm trying to get technical data about the same, namely electronic circuits and diagrams. Also, and more importantly would get the microcontroller with working. See if someone can get digital photography magazine plate.
