Voltage Fluctuation at Idle

I have a Voltmeter in my 2007 Vectrix VX1 running Nissan Leaf cells.

Admittedly I made a clumsy mistake (too) early this morning and absentmindedly rolled the Vx1, power off, out of my garage while still plugged in, yanking out the cord.

Ever since then, I have seen voltage, even at idle, alternate within a range of about 0.5 volts. Also, the charger stops charging at a much lower voltage than before (145.3 volts instead of 145.8).

Any ideas what is going on and/or how to fix it?

I'd check for any mechanical damage around the connector that got yanked and internal connections. If something got bent or wires pulled away from their terminations you made have leakage current occurring to the chassis or other component that could also put you at risk for electrical hazard. Otherwise, just pulling a cord out shouldn't do anything?
