Fran BMS for Vectrix

I've seen random mentions of the "Fran BMS" for use on a lithium swapped VX1. Does anyone know where to find information (capabilities, where to buy, how to use, experiences, cost, etc.) about this BMS?

Re: Fran BMS for Vectrix

Hello, im new on the forum, i try to restore my VX1 - liion version, the LifePO4 cells are dead, i have some battery pack 36Li-ion and looking how to setup the original BMS with Li-ion cells. What i found i should connect the last cell connector on BMS board to the previous cell. Then i should reflash BMS with 36s firmware. My question is how should be the sequence of operations, to not destroy the Boards. I plan to do it like: 1. do bridge on each BMS PCBA from last cell, 2. connect BMS boards to battery, 3. connect can cables between PCBs and scooter, 4. connect peak can, 5. disconnect can from charger, 6. write flash file to BMS, 7. Reconnect charger and flash the charger. 8. test the function of all modules.

Can someone confirm if it will work ?

thank you in advance.
