Over the years quite a few folks have experimented with overvolting typical 24v scooters. Mostly this involved raising the voltage to 36v by adding a third 12v battery, but often times going all the way to 36v was too much, especially for motors like the BMC internally controlled brushless motors. Some went with 30v to avoid pushing the limits too far, but charging a 30v battery pack can get complicated, so 30v isn't such an attractive option. Until now, that is.
I've now found a source for 30v SLA battery chargers. I expect to be offering them at my website, Powerpackmotors.com in a month or so once I take delivery, but I thought I'd make their existence known now just to feel out whether there's any interest at all.
