Hi,
I wanted to use my ebike this morning. I plugged the battery pack and got no initialization tones.
The lights and horn work so it is not the battery connection. My service manual says it is the controller.
I took it apart. The FETS are fine. There is an microprocessor board with 1/8A fuse. The fuse is bad.
The board is drawing about 0.3A. So something went bad on the board. I suspec the microprocessor itself.
Any hints on a replacement source. Also if someone has a controller with bad FETS I can use the rest of it.
