Saw on the CNN web site a story about how Nepal has the highest percentage of EV's of any country in the world. I'd heard some time ago there were many EV autoricksaw's in Nepal .. autorickshaw's are three wheeler vehicles that are widely used as taxi's.

Do they have a road to katmandu now? Used to be they had to disasemble cars to carry them there. Maybe the rickshaws are easier to carry over the pass.
