Questions on Kollmorgen Motor (24vdc 400w)

Well I managed to resolve my problem finding a front freewheel for my e-bike build by getting lucky enough to stumble across a Schwinn Suburban. I have the drive sprocket installed and am working on the motor now. I think myself and my technician friends can figure out how to reverse rotation, but I'm interested in using a hall throttle instead of 5k pot. I saw a thread on here a while ago from Bob about adding a 5v regulator to be able to do this. Does anyone have any pictures of this or exactly how to wire it? Does anyone have schematics for this motor? I'm unable to find any online anywhere. Thanks!
